In accordance with Circular DM-DVM-AC-0347-2026, the 2026 Language Competency Monitoring Tests in English and French will be administered to ninth-grade students in academic secondary education, with the support of PELEX, University of Costa Rica. The Dirección Regional de Alajuela hereby informs that these tests will be administered to the thirteen high schools previously selected.
